Speaking Genie then introduces you to hiring partners by sharing your certificate, results and contact details. Introductions are only for people who complete the 30 hours.
When you finish Speak to Hire, Speaking Genie shares six things with hiring partners: your speaking-hours certificate and verified practice hours, your certified CEFR level, your Commitment Score, the language you trained in, your final program results and your contact details. Partners use them to decide whom to interview. The Speaking Genie privacy policy explains how your data is handled.
Speak to Hire doesn't teach a language from scratch. It is speaking practice in the Speaking Genie app for people who already understand the language and can hold a simple conversation. You don't need to be fluent: the program is there to get you speaking more.
Speak to Hire uses the practice languages in the Speaking Genie app: English, the main one, plus Spanish, German, French and Italian. You choose your language when you register.

Each Speak to Hire round has a limited number of places. If a round is full or closed, you can pre-register on this page, and Speaking Genie will contact you when registration for the next round opens.
